Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel confident in every SOLV order.

 

Unused and unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us first for return instructions and include your order number.

 

If there is an issue with a product or order, contact us and we’ll review a reasonable car-care return, replacement, or other solution based on the circumstances. Products should be used as directed; damage from misuse is not covered.

 

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is reviewed. Original shipping charges may not be refundable.
