Get optimal results by following these easy application techniques! ALWAYS TEST ON A SMALL, INCONSPICUOUS AREA BEFORE USE.

Foam Cannon Method

  • Recommended Setup: For thick, clingy foam, use a gas-powered pressure washer rated at 3000 PSI or higher.
  • Mixing: Blend 1-2 oz of XERO with 30-31 oz of water in your foam cannon, depending on the soil level.
  • Application: Spray onto a dry vehicle or equipment, let it sit for 2–3 minutes, then rinse clean with a pressure washer. No brushing necessary!

Batch-Dilution / Premix Drum Feed

  • Mix XERO with water in your tank according to the Dilution Guide below.
  • Apply the solution directly to a dry surface.
  • Let it rest for 1 to 2 minutes.
  • Rinse thoroughly with a pressure washer—no need to scrub!

You can tweak the dilution depending on how dirty the surface is. For custom tank sizes, multiply the dilution rate by the tank size.

WARNING: Bare Aluminum Surfaces

  • When cleaning raw or untreated aluminum, rinse the solution off within 30 seconds to avoid discoloration or etching.
  • Not recommended on polished, raw mirror-finish aluminum, as reactions may occur. Experienced professionals may experiment with weak dilutions (1:110).
  • Clear-coated aluminum is fully compatible and safe for use.

  • IF SWALLOWED: Rinse mouth. Do NOT induce vomiting. Seek medical care immediately.
